Who am I?

 

I’m Aisling and I’ve worked for many years in Recruitment & Human Resources. I started my career working in a recruitment agency which requires understanding exactly what the client desires and matching the appropriate candidates with them. This would involve coaching the candidate before they went for interviews and giving them the best start in securing that dream job. I moved to an in-house recruitment with HR position which involved recruiting for our own team. It provided a great insight of different types of interviewers styles, identifying what interviewers are impressed by and what they don't like. I’ve worked on many different role profiles with many different career avenues. I have great experience working with many different clients, advising them of processes, hints, tips and guidance on their career journey. 

 

I feel no greater satisfaction when I help someone land their dream job and seeing how happy it’s made them!
